My icon - my #1 favorite food of all time - the humble crawfish.
Originally from New Orleans - now living in New Zealand. One of six children. Loves include: My honey, our children, 2 cats, Mustangs, blue jeans, football and (now) rugby - especially The All Blacks, coffee, beer, entertaining, dancing, butterflies, honesty, compassion, and travel. Anything Cajun & Creole, seafood, BBQ, almost any international foods... That's pretty much everything on the planet. (: My southern BBQ baked beans and potato salad are now famous in New Zealand.
Foods I love to HATE: Brussels sprout(YUCK), wasabi, canned spaghetti, canned/mushy English peas (fresh are OK), big white butter beans, stale or soggy bread, and cooked cabbage.
My recipe review ratings are(updated May 2007):
3 = Liked it but didn't love it OR perhaps the recipe could have been a little clearer.
4 = I LOVED it and the recipe was well presented.
5 = It left me basically speechless.
