about me

I'm a home cook that loves to share and since I don't have any kids, I typically bring lots of goodies to work or send them with my hubby to work! I live in MN where I love all the changes of the seasons, but like Spring and Fall best. My favorite cookbooks are the Cross of Calvary Cookbook, the Swedlanda Church Cookbook and the Norske Nook cookbook, and of course my own compilation of printed online recipes that is stained and tattered! My passion is helping youth and I work for the MN Workforce Center on the Youth training and employment Program, assisting at-risk kids with graduating high school and entering post-secondary training. My pet peeves include people that complain about something and take no action to fix what they are complaining about!

Favorite Foods:

Anything sweet! Also pizza, wraps, SUBWAY, Jimmy's Pizza, Papa John's, Chinese food!
