about me

Night work is my life, sadly, so I look for easy menu's, crockpot-ables that are tasty, vegan if possible. I'm a "try before I buy" kinda gal, so will use an item 2 or 3 times before I review, just to be sure I've gotten it "right". I especially like to find surprise uses for old standby veggies that most people get tired of: carrots, broccoli, spinach.

Favorite Foods:

Mostly vegan, can do other things but never ever fish or specialty meats. Love soup, homemade bread, and if you've got a favorite tofu/soy recipie, I'm yer girl!
