I currently work in IT and dislike it enormously. I like to cycle (and once considered becoming a cyclist), but only in the good weather - which we don't get a lot of in this country! My other passion is chocolate: I'm considered quite the connoisseur. I am currently undergoing training to become a professional cioccolatere (i.e. in the Italian tradition).
I like pretty much anything. I've got a very sweet tooth and particularly like ice-cream and yoghurt; but I'm easy to please and always like to try something new. At the moment, I'm very into high-protein (fish, although it's hard to find, at a good quality, so far from the sea; lean meat, etc.) apples and muesli. Actually, despite my sweet tooth, I'm a bit obsessive about nutrition: I'm currently into a high fibre diet, with lots of fruit.
As for my favourite restaurants; I have three that need honourable mention... "Yak Yeti Yak", a Nepalese restaurant in Bath; "Brosh", an Eastern Mediterranean, independent restaurant in my home town of Cheltenham; and "The Blue Hawaiian", a Hawaiian barbecue in Kingston-upon-Thames (London).
