I live on the Coast of NC and just love the beautiful beaches and weather. My favorite hobby is cooking. It has always been my most enjoyed activity. My husband can't boil water so it makes it perfect for me to enjoy the kitchen all to myself. I like to make my own dishes and experiment with other peoples recipes. My husband wants me to write a recipe book but I just can never find the time.

My favorite food is Seafood. Everyone in my family loves it when I start experimenting with new seafood dishes.
