about me

I am a semi reired teacher, taught for 34.6 years and now do some part time work -NO - absolutely no subbing!!! I enoy reading - especially cookbooks! - my four sisters and I are in the process of collecting our favorite recipes for a family recipe book...it has been in production for almost three years. There is not too much that I get upset aboout - I have had some life experiences that have taught me that you go one step at a time, and follow the plan God has set for you......

Favorite Foods:

I just love Italian food though I am 100% Polish! Of course, I love stuffed cabbage and pieroghi also. Every Sunday and Monday and now Thursdays durig football season, I make stuff for my son to take to his friend's house for the games - especially our STEELERS. They love my chocolate chip cookies, courtesy of Alton Brown, and also pepperoni rolls. I will add West Indian patties this year. Came back from Floridae and had them at Bahama Breeze - oh, so good!
