When I was about three years old, my mother started sitting me down at the kitchen table with her green Pyrex mixing bowl, some measuring cups, flour, water and food color, and let me pretend that I was cooking right along with her.
When I was four years old, I got my very own Easy Bake Oven and started making "fabulous" cakes and muffins. By the time I was 25, I had already won several awards for my breads, pickles and jams.
I am more of a baker than a chef, but I have a few recipes that my family loves to eat for dinner.
Wednesday nights are "Meat Pie" nights at our house, and coming up with new recipes as been fun and challenging!
I am more known to make breads, cakes and jams, and will add more recipes soon!
