I'm an American living in London. The thing I miss most is Mexican food!

I'm obsessed with food - cooking, eating, and lately, food photography.

I'm a mostly-vegan vegetarian who loves to cook Indian, Mexican and Mediterranean food. I also do the Asian thing if the mood strikes.

Few processed ingredients ever make it into my kitchen. I do what I can with whole foods and REAL ingredients. Simple cooking. Delicious results.

Favorite Foods:

Avocado, tomato, corn, black beans, chili, corn tortillas, dal, eggplant, bread, black beans, chickpeas, pickles.
