I enjoy cooking for a large crowd, since thats all I seem to know how to do! I like to cook with lots of spices and complex flavors. One of my hopes is to use this site to get more organized in my meal planning and preperation.

Favorite Foods:

One of our favorite meals is Mexican food. My husband & I enjoy a wide variety of meats, salads & red wines. My kids like very simple food. I'm known for 'Lori-sized' portions & have a few secret recipes which I just might share with you all!
