I love to go to movies, read and browse the Web. I wondered how we lived without the Web; it provides so much information and entertainment. Passions include cats. I have seven of them, and most of them are eccentric in one way or another. I worked in Rescue for a while. I have had two kidney transplants and experienced both CAPD and hemodialysis. My second transplant was from my husband!

I started reading cookbooks for entertainment while I was in my early teens and started picking out dinner entrees for my mom to make. She let me do all the baking for the family, as she hated doing that. Good. More experience for me! And everyone was so appreciative. It was a lot of fun. I love to eat good food; the more simple the preparation, the better.
