I live in Red Lion, PA. I'm a part-time student at Penn State and work full-time as a Billing System Specialist (business named withheld). I'm so passionate about food and cooking!!! I'm originally from Charleston SC, and my southern roots are in every fiber of my being. I adore Paula Deen and her boys!

My pet peeves are dirty kitchens!

Favorite Foods:

Anything with FLAVOR! Although I do love my traditional Sunday dinners of turkey, church rice, collards, ham and beans and corn bread/biscuits. I don't know how I maintain my figure, it must be the regular trips to the grocery store. I prefer to shop daily to get the freshest ingredients. It's my afterwork routine before my classes. My friends adore my Adobo (the national dish of my mother's country...the Phillipines)and I am the queen of the grill as well.
