Hi everyone I'm a 23 year old male from southern England with a penchant for food, guitar, music, and reading.

I believe that food is such an essential part of our lives, and can bring so much pleasure, that it's a shame not to embrace it and master cooking for yourself. I love trying out recipes and experimenting with my own concoctions, usually successfully but not always!
