I am a stay at home Mom of 2 great kids, a 6 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl. My best time for preparing dinner is in the morning before lunch..LOL I am very lucky in that my husband is not a picky eater and willingly samples new recipes. I love to cook, have many favorite recipes and always looking for new ones to keep my menus from being stale and boring. I have really been enjoying Recipezaar...getting great new ideas every day!

Favorite Foods:

I love fish of any kind, pasta and lots and lots of veggies. My most requested meal is crab-stuffed chicken breasts and creme brulee...I adore desserts and enjoy experimenting with different flavors.
