Hi! I live in South Jersey (Tomato Country) I am happily married and I have a 14 and a 11 year old (boys). I had my kitchen remodeled three years ago and haven't stopped cooking since. I work in an Elementary School (K-5). I love to make munchie food for get togethers.

Favorite Foods:

COMFORT FOOD!! I don't like to cut or skimp on the calories.(Butter is Better!) (Yes, I do exercise daily) Appetizers and soups, and sauces are my favorite things to concoct. My backround is Irish...meat and potatoes all the way! I love to cook Italian food as well. There's nothing better than an 8 hour red sauce on Sunday!
