I love fishing, my pic is me at 6 months pregnant, trying out my new banjo minnows.

I live in NC. Just the right distance from the beach and the mountains. I love it here. I am a SAHM with 2 children (one a newborn) and 2 stepchildren. I love hanging out with my DH and kids, we like to ride trails on our ATVs, jetski on NC lakes in the Spring and Summer, lots of tubing.
I like cooking all kinds of bread and new dishes for my family. The kids always have a new "treat" when they are at home (every other week).
My biggest problem is an on-going week to week thing. One week I cook for 2 people, the next week I have to cook for 4-5 people.

Favorite Foods:

My fave foods are Chinese and Mexican, occassionally Italian ~ it is just so heavy.
My favorite place to eat is PF Changs. I love their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Mongolian Beef!
