about me

I live in South Dakota, married to my honey since I was 19 and we have 2 teenage boys. We LOVE to eat so I'm cooking all the time.

While I ran my cafe at a sale barn, I was known for my well-seasoned, tender roast beef and homemade desserts and pies. Since quiting that, I have more time cooking for my family and friends. There is such great satisfaction watching a dish get devoured at mealtime! I also love to work in the dirt, I don't have a "veggie" garden but I do have many "flower" gardens!

Favorite Foods:

I love wedding cakes with the white frosting!, gooey bars and desserts, and grilled or smoked meat off the "green egg". I'm Italian and I love bagna cauda!!
