Starting my summer challenge.. getting back in shape now that school is out... Always looking for great receipes that are high in protien with complex carbs... I am a waiter at night and student during the day... I love to cook and want to learn more....

I love Veal Picatta, love to cook almost anything italian... and my favorite restaurant is Vince Lombardi's Steakhouse... well it has to be... I work there..
