I'm a stay at home mom and I live in Grand Prairie, TX. I have a beautiful daughter that's 18 months old. My favorite cookbook is the Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook. I love to cook, but my passion is baking. My biggest pet peeves is when people think food just needs to taste good and not look good. We eat with our eyes first so it should both look good and taste good.

My favorite foods are Mexican, Italian and good ole Soul Food.
I'm best known for my desserts which ranges from banana pudding to peach cobbler to cheesecakes.
I love to experiment and try new dishes.
