I live in the Charleston area in SC...I'm a stay at-home-wife & homeschooling-mom to three boys! I'm not at all daring when it comes to cooking, so the reviews that people leave are really helpful.

Hmmm...my favorite cookbook is a "Cooking With Calvary." My Pastor's wife's mom's church! I've tried some of the "name brand" cookbooks, but find most of them to be too gourmet for us!

Favorite Foods:

Sinigang...lumpia...(makes me feel like a kid at home again!) I love pizza...and all kinds of All-American foods--like cheeseburgers & hot dogs & meatloaf--- that I didn't really grow up with!! My mother just always fixed Filipino food eventhough we grew up in the states (I'm a Navy brat!).

My favorite restaurant has to be Carrabas!! I love the Pork Chops Marsala!
