I am a 31 year old married Mom of Four. I have a 123 y/o Step Son, 3 & 4 y/o boys, and I just had a baby girl in April, 2008. I have been a Stay at home Mom since my first pregnancy in 2003. Our famile Moved from Tampa, FL to Pittsburgh, PA in Nov, 2007.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite cuisine is Southern food, and BBQ. I am Italian(1/2) by heratige, and like Italian food, but it's actually not one of my faves.I think it has something to do with the fact that when I was young, we had pasta 2x a week EVERY week in my house, and I got a little tired of it.

I am also 1/2 Irish, and I LOVE a good meal of corned beef & cabbage. My husband is also Irish, but HATES cabbage. ((he likes cole slaw & sour kraut though))

I also love Dips, and Making dips. The recipe I am famous for is my Pineapple Salsa and Cream cheese dip. Super easy to make...and verry yummy!
