about me

I live in Texas. I enjoy quilting, gardening, cookbooks and have an obsession for recipes!! I have 4 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bird, fish, stock show animals (cows, pigs, etc.) I basically own a small zoo. I have a full-time job - plus I handle the books for my husbands shop. I really do enjoy reading through recipes trying to plan out meals, re-decorate a different room in the house or re-organize a closet - getting the kids all in bed early!!

Favorite Foods:

I try to make kid friendly dishes that are still nutritious but aren't too time consuming - and still give the kids variety. I really enjoy cooking as does my 2nd oldest son - who is hoping to become a chef someday!! We try a lot of different recipes just for fun! I love mexican food, chinese food, salads, stuffed jalapenos, chocolate chip cookies -
