I am a 29 year old SAHM of three beautiful boys, age 4 1/2, 2 1/2, and 7 months. I am always searching for new recipes or new ways to cook some of our old favorites using healthier methods and ingredients!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are mashed potatoes (okay, really potatoes of ANY kind), french toast, roasted meats, blueberry pie, vanilla cake and butter pecan ice cream.
