I am a 31 year old SAHM of three amazing, bewildering, and all around amusing, loveable, snuggleable boys, ages 7, 5, and 3. I am always searching for new recipes or new ways to cook some of our old favorites using healthier methods and ingredients!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are mashed potatoes (okay, really potatoes of ANY kind), french toast, roasted meats, blueberry pie, vanilla cake and butter pecan ice cream.
