about me

I am a married mom of 3. I am an LPN and work part time, so I have some time to experiment with different recipes.

I also love to make handmade crystal and beaded jewelry. Our family loves vacationing in Mexico during our long Minnesota winters! Our kids are 17, 15 and 11, and all are active in sports, music and other activities, so they keep us hopping!

Favorite Foods:

My very favorite dish to make is Chicken Marsala....our family and friends like it, too! I love almost all kinds of food, especially Asian.
