I moved here from Ontario, Canada in March 2005 and after living with my in-laws for a year, it's nice to finally have a kitchen of my own again. ))

From time to time I have difficulty finding ingredients/supplies for some of my favourite foods down here so I make a point of stocking up when I visit Ontario. Beehive Corn Syrup, foil tart shells and custard powder are the latest.

I love this site. I find new 'keeper' recipes every week.

My husband and I haven't been together all that long (3 1/2 years) so I still get to surprise him with some of my favorites and test recipes for some of his favorites.

We love seafood, pasta, sweets but I'll try just about anything.
