I live in San Jose, California and I love to cook. I am semi-retired so now I have lots of time to experiment.
Remember, you can never cook too much,
you can never eat too much,
you can never weigh too much,
and we all will be forgiven in Heaven,
so live it up, for tomorrow we may die!

Favorite Foods:

I like Southern, Cajun, Italian, Asian, and Mexican foods.
I actually will eat almost anything,
I have eaten squirrels in the Wilderness, but not bugs, well, that I know of.
I never had fried grasshoppers or chocolate covered ants but I hear they are good for you.
I make a mean andouille and chicken jambalaya and a killer seafood gumbo. The Crocodile and Crawdad casserole is great but don't tell your guests what's in it!
