I live in San Jose, California and I love to cook. I am semi-retired so now I have lots of time to experiment.

I like Southern, Cajun, Italian, Asian, and Mexican foods.
I actually will eat almost anything,
I have eaten squirrels in the Wilderness, but not bugs, well, that I know of.
I never had fried grasshoppers or chocolate covered ants but I hear they are good for you.
I make a mean andouille and chicken jambalaya and a killer seafood gumbo. The Crocodile and Crawdad casserole is great but don't tell your guests what's in it!
