My favorite foods are generally simple but well-seasoned, ranging from classic American, Italian, Chinese, or Mexican.

I'm not really famous in my family for any one dish so much as for my spice blends. I can take even the most boring meal and, given some knowledge of my guests preferences, turn it into a well-seasoned meal they won't soon forget.
