I live in a rural town in NSW, Australia.
I work in natural resource management.
I'm just had our first baby (girl)on Sept 29th.I love cooking (obviously), reading, rugby union, Ebay (buying and selling), and being outside whether gardening or just roaming around.

I love to cook finger food for parties as most of them you would never make for yourself.. I'm getting quite famous for my catering at parties!
My caramel brownies are also much requested, I'll have to post the recipe soon.
I love going out to dinner anywhere - I enjoy cooking but am not a food snob!
