I am a workaholic with little time to prepare extravagant meals, although sometimes I do get a little crazy in the kitchen!

I enjoy quick and tasty recipes, I love grilling b/c it requires a lot less clean up time!

Favorite Foods:

I love most foods, I believe that variety and experimentation keep life interesting. I typically try to eat healthfully and avoid heavily processed foods, but I do have my weak moments! I use lo-cal and healthy substitutions whenever possible, but not if it will sacrifice the flavor.
