I'm a 30 something mediacal professional deep in the heart of Texas. Happily married for 15 years with NO children and lots of time. I am trying to cook more flavorful, healthy foods. I am even trying to eat fish(ugh!) We are tired of the same old things and this site allows me to carefuly select a recipe that won't miss! Following the Weight Watchers flex/core plan ,I find the nutrional information extremly useful.The reviews are helpful aswell.

Growing up on the South Texas Coast, I was rasied on Tex-Mex,sea food and country cooking. My mother loved Italian and we had our fair share of that too. My husband doesn't care for much Italian, but I'm still trying to win him over! He is a great cook,and we enjoy spending time together in the kitchen.He was grew up on Cajun and Southern foods.
