I am a happily married mother of three (an infant and 2 toddlers), originally from New York, and currently residing in Florida. I believe that the fondest memories of life are marked by flavor. I have tasted foods from all around the world, and I must say, food is a big part of my family's life, and a big passion of mine!

Favorite Foods:

Being that I am Jamaican-American, I love any type of carribean foods. I also have a soft spot for Cuban cooking, and I am a huge fan of Southern country-style cooking. But I will try anything and I like to prepare everything in a metropolitan, gourmet-styling.
