about me

I live in Northwest Mo with my husband of almost 15 yrs. and our 2 kids ages 12 & 8. I am a substitute teacher at the school our kids attend and I love it! I have a very busy life between work, taking kids to activities and just everyday life so I really love quick & easy recipes! This website has been great for that & my family loves the different things I come up with!

Favorite Foods:

I really like a variety of foods so it's hard to pin just one as my favorite. I do love italian & mexican! Face it, I just love to eat! LOL! When I have extra time, I do like to bake desserts...the one that everyone requests whether it's from my coworkers, the guys my huband works for or my family is my apple dumplings & ham roll-ups. These are always a big hit!
