I just recently moved to Scotland with my 2 teenagers and husband from Houston Texas. I am a stay at home mom again and I am trying to get adjusted to that. I have lots of favorite cookbooks so I do not think I could name just one.

Favorite Foods:

I have lots of favorite foods......I think I just love food in general. I make a really good turtle cheesecake and carrot cake, which I am asked for the recipe quite often. My family really likes my lasagne, pork chalupas, grilled fish (any kind) and many more. I guess you could say that they really enjoy my cooking, which is good. My favorite restaurant is in Houston Texas......Chuy's mexican. It is always hot, good and inexpensive. You can't get much better than that.
