Hi, I'm Nicole. Of course, I love cooking and food, otherwise I wouldn't be on here. I consider myself to be a health nut, yeah. I used to live in Germany for five years, though I hardly speak a word of German nor am I of any European descent. I'm actually Filipino. Hm.. Well, I suppose that's it, really, about me. Oh yeah, I'm really anal about touching doorknobs and I secretly like to dance. :D

Favorite Foods:

Spaghetti, Pizza Margherita, sushi, yakitori, yakisoba, mochi, ALL fruits and vegetables (I'm not picky), salad, those-recipes-where-I-just-add-stuff-in-without-thinking-and-it-actually-turns-out-great-yet-too-lazy-to-add-on-here, scones, crunchy cookies, lemon-y things, boba, smoothies, oatmeal, green tea, other herbal teas.. Uh.. I'll finish this later. My laziness has taken over.
