about me

I'm a young housewife / part time English teacher living in the countryside of Japan with my Japanese husband.

I have always liked cooking but since my husband is such a great cook I have left the experimenting to him and stuck to making what I already knew. Now that I finally have an oven (but ones here are sooo small. about the size of a microwave!) it has encouraged me to rediscover my love of cooking again.
