Im a qualified Chef. Now working as the pastry chef at a hospital. My Dream is to one day work in Spain. Own and work in my own Cafe or Restaurant.

Tapas, Spanish and all types of food I love meat.
Im a big fan of Jamie Oliver, I like the thought of good easy tucker!!
But you cant go passed Melbournes best Chefs and the restaurants they work in. Ive been to a few all very nice.
