I live in the beautiful City of Durham in the North East of England. I work in Social Housing and my social life seems to be controlled by taxi duties for my two children!!!
I have a passion for cooking but don't have as much time as I would like.
My family has a large allotment so we have an abundance of fresh seasonal produce as well as free range eggs.

Favorite Foods:

My family love my lasagna as well as my roast chicken.
I love eating malasian food, but struggle in most restaurants as I have a gluten and wheat allergy.
