I live in Charleston, SC with my fiancee and our two boys. I hate saying I'm a stay at home mom so I've promoted myself to "household supervisor". My favorite cookbook is the old 'C.I.A' book that is now out of print.

Favorite Foods:

Why seafood of course! My fiancee loves to fish so I am always looking for new recipes for tuna, mahi-mahi, and wahoo ( what a dilemma! ). I have been told that my recipe for shrimp-n-grits is the best ever (a MAJOR compliment where I'm from!) I love to make quiches because thay are easy and you can just go crazy with what you create because they never turn out bad!
