I have four legged children (dogs). I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes. I have over 100 cookbooks, love to collect them. I love hot and spicy foods. I'm famous for baking cookies for christmas gifts. I also collect cookie cutters.

I will only post recipes that I have personally made and tried myself.

I love to try new things. I love Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, I've missed a few. I love food! The one thing I do not like: pinto beans. Funny cause I grew up in a household where they were the everyday staple! I did not eat them then, I didn't like them, don't like them, I'm weird. I've been told that by my family, I know, I'm weird. But give me the hottest chile you have, I'm there!!!!
