about me

I am a single mom of two wonderful children, a 15 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. We live in a small town called Poland in Maine, If you have ever heard of Poland Spring Water I lived right down the road from it. I have worked a few different places, a shoe factory right out of school, and I worked for the Post Office for 15 yrs. I love to cook and am so happy to have found Recipe Zaar, so many great and new recipes, I always find something new and different to make.

Favorite Foods:

I love all foods, and trying new and different recipes.I am italian and I love to cook italian foods, lasagna, chicken parmasian, eggplant parmesian, and of course spaghetti and meatballs. I never follow any directions or measure anything when I am cooking italian foods, just go by instinct so I wouldnt dare put it in a recipe. I watch the food network all the time and my favorites are Rachel Ray and Emerald Lagasse.
