about me

Cooking and baking is basically all I do in my free time. I love trying new recipes and tasting new things! (My parents love me too, and keep telling me I can't leave for college because there will be no one to cook for them!!) I generally like to cook healthy, and like to substitute lighter ingredients for butter and oil. My favorites are fruit and vegetables! I love finding new ways to cook with them too! I would have to say Asian cuisine is my favorite ( If I weren't blond, I swear I'd be Asian ) I love sushi, pho, pad thai, anything and everything!

I'm a very determined person. I'm graduating a year early in high school, (this May! 2008) and I am going to college at a bible school up in Arkansas, which I'm really excited about! I've been moved around a lot in my life, but I've learned a lot from it and am thankful to have the amazing family that I have! I'm a strong Christian, and am living my life for Jesus. I honestly don't know where I'd even be without Him!

Favorite Foods:

Fruits, vegetables, spicy tuna sushi, pho, pad thai, angel food cake, lots of soups/stews, dill pickles, chocolate chip walnut cookies, dutch baby's, love salads, anything pumpkin, squash, banana bread, chili, and many many more!
