I live in beautiful cape cod mass. on a cranberry bog. with my husband of 26 years and 2 sons ages 20 (who has chron's disease (he's a line cook for a popular rest. where we live, no he doesn't cook when he's home) and one thats 25 that works with disabled individuals. I love the food network channel, and any sites about food, I'm obsessed. I am certified as a "Specialist in Fitness for older adults" I work at 4 different senior centers designing and teaching classes for seniors with arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. I am lucky to love my work that I do.
I love foods that are salty, hot, anything with vinegar and or lemons, capers etc. Must be a vitamin deficiency. My husband loves when I make vinegar chicken and balsamic chicken livers. I am famous for my boneless stuffed lamb that I make every easter. (got the recepe from a cooks illistrated mag I used to suscribe to.)I am now trying to cook for a son with chron's, actually we are all eating this way now.
