There's no place more exciting than my own little kitchen where each day brings with it a new experiment & a new adventure!

Favorite Foods:

I like experimenting & trying all sorts of foods but consider Italian & Mexican to be my favorites. I also like most seafoods, as well as anything that contains some sort of cheese (my biggest weakness). Not big on chocolates or sweets, but do enjoy a nice, dense pound cake or a fresh fruit pie.

I'm slowly working my way around the world in my cooking, learning how to prepare all sorts of new foods & find there is much to be discovered throughout Europe! I love trying new Irish and German recipes, as well as dishes from Greece & Spain. My dream would be to be able to successfully prepare a complete 'theme' meal for a dinner party, from start to finish - for any country in the world!

I believe that cooking with fresh organic herbs & vegetables help to make anything I make, taste even better.
