I''m a relatively young cook from Perth, Western Australia. I've only been cooking regularly for about 2 years now, but have found that preparing and creating meals is something that comes naturally to me.
Aside from cooking, I'm interested in technology. I recently completed my CCNA, and plan to go to university to study network security next year.

Favorite Foods:

While I'm not actually a vegetarian, I do find myself cooking meatless meals fairly regularly. I enjoy the challenge of trying to make something taste great, without using meat. Specifically, I do this because my dad is diabetic, and vegetarian meals are typically low in carbohydrate, and hence good for his blood sugar levels, and it's fun trying to trick him into thinking there is meat in what he's eating. :D
