I'm a pastry chef that loves to live in her kitchen. Baking is my passion because of the artful creativity. I am also a cookbook collector. I also like to think that I can cook just about anything. My passion is to always produce a picture purfect baked good. There's nothing better than a sensational tasting dessert and one that is equally astetically pleasing.That sums it up in one sentence!!!

Dessert,Greek,MiddleEastern,Lebanese,French,German/Austrian,SoulFood,Italian and who knows what next!!! I'm famous for my desserts,especially Cheesecake and my Buttercream frosting I learned to make from a PastryChef and very good friend, Irvin. My favorite place to eat has no name. It must be clean, friendly, and provide a consistantly fine meal.Bon Appetit!!!
