about me

I have a 45 mile commute to work and 2 small children (infant and 3 years old). I am always in need of quick and easy meals that won't be snubbed by picky husband or finicky toddler. I love to cook but my priorities have changed due to time and kids so i opt for easy rather than gourmet.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican and Japanese food. I don't have a favorite dish because there are too many fabulous ones out there. the same goes for restaurants- which we don't get out to very often these day- at least to ones without a children's menu.
