I have 2 wonderful kids and a fiance, I am currently a full time student working on my BS in Accounting and eventually my MBA at U of L. I also have recently been hired to Intern at a large company which I am very excited about.

I have some recipes that I love but its very hard to put on Zaar b/c I am one of those that don't measure anything!!

Favorite Foods:

My absolute favorite food is pizza, expecially homemade with flavorful fresh veggies and gourmet cheeses. Along with that is Italian sauces and fresh breads with Olive Oil dips(all of which I can't have often

I also enjoy to smoke meats, the brisket and pork tenderloin being my favorite.

I looooove veggies... I can have a whole meal with just veggies but my fiance H A T E S them. When I cook them for myself he always complains that the house stinks, HA...
