about me

I am a freelance traininig developer specializing in customer service programs. I am not a cooking guru, but learned how to cook at both of my grandmothers' knees. Both were excellent cooks and I have fortunately inherited alot of their skills. I'm married 25 years to a wonderful man who is also an excellent cook (except for baking...yuck!). We have a 23 year old son, loves to eat...hates to cook (oh well). We love all kinds of foods and are open to new receipes!

Favorite Foods:

Seafood Gumbo, shrimp (anyway), yellow squash, greens, almost any kind of chicken dish (breast or wings), bbq,fresh green beans with bacon and new potatoes, potatoes with sausage, my own dirty rice
