about me

I live in NYC, and I'm currently alternating between being a graduate student and being a housewife. I love cookbooks (we've got 80 cookbooks in an NYC apartment), but I don't know that I've got a single favorite. Mostly, I like to look at the pictures, and then go ahead and make something up based on the ingredients in the house.

Favorite Foods:

The thing I cook that most impresses people is yeast bread--I make challah for Friday dinner every week. It doesn't take long, and it's pretty easy, but it definitely impresses people.
