I live in beautiful Perth, Western Australia with my husband. I work part time and seem to fill in the rest of the time with cooking! I love catching up with friends and family for dinner and drinks, it's great to share a new recipe (or test it on them!!)

Favorite Foods:

I love all types of food, except seafood, but I have a special spot for desserts and sweets...my hips! I like making biscuits and chocolate anything. I'm famous for my mini baked cheesecakes and my truffles - I always try to take these to parties. I'm getting pretty good at dips and dippers, it's great to see an empty plate!
