about me

I live in Surrey, near Wimbledon and have done for the past 10 years. I am an At-home Mummy to my three sons, Tristan (9), Frederic (6) and Sebastian (4). I have been a vegetarian for 16 years now, it suits my body and I feel healthy and full of life- I can certainly keep up with my three little men! I love cooking and chefs like Gordon Ramsay inspire me, completely passionate about food. I enjoy cooking a wide variety of cuisines and happily cook meat and fish for family and friends and then have to ask what it tastes like! My other loves are Interior design, art (esp. Impressionists), fashion, horticulture and travel. My favourite places in the world are London, Paris, New York, San Francisco and Florence- yes, all the great art museums! I am a 'True Blue' Chelsea FC fan and enjoy watching football with my children but they tell me I cheat when we play in the garden!

Favorite Foods:

I love cooking full stop- I'll try anything and I am lucky to have children that will try all my ideas! I am famous for traditional roast chicken, with roasted vegetables and one of my gravies that I will fuss over for hours. My favourite restaurant is Angela Hartnett at 'The Connaught' hotel in London, she is a Ramsay protegee and the whole experience is devine.
